- Introduction
Because your privacy is of great importance to us, we explain in this statement what data we collect, how we do it, how we secure that data and what Your rights are. This privacy statement relates to the personal data processed by Arend StuytBeheer B.V. and/or 058 Vastgoed B.V.
- What data
During the contact with us, we may ask you for the following personal data.
- First and last name;
- Date of birth and place of birth;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- All other personal data relating to you that you provide to us or that we may obtain in connection with the purposes and on the basis of the bases set out below.
- What do we collect this data for?
We process this personal data because you have provided it to us yourself and/or because you use our services. We ask you to share this personal data with us for the following purposes:
- To be able to contact you in response to your question by telephone, our email address, via Facebook or in any other way;
- To approach you to make an offer for a rental agreement, for example, or otherwise to send information related to this;
- To assess prior to the conclusion of a rental agreement whether and under what conditions a rental agreement can be concluded;
- To prepare and properly execute the rental agreement that we enter into or have entered into with you. Without this information, we cannot enter into a rental agreement with you and the agreements in the rental agreement cannot be executed.
- In the context of our business operations, conducting our administration, sending invoices, collecting rental instalments (including placing those claims in the hands of third parties);
- Handling a payment;
- To be able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to continue to provide our services;
- Because the law does so sometimes prescribes.
- Provision for third parties
We do not share your data with other parties without your permission, unless this is necessary to perform our service or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this in the event of a suspected crime).
- Your rights
After you have shared your personal data with us, you can ask us to view, update, change or, if legally possible, delete it. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing. You can also object to (part of) the processing of your personal data by us and you have the right to data portability. For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that you will not be subject to automated decision-making by us. Finally, we would like to point out that you have the option of submitting a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
- Retention periods
We store your personal data for as long as we need it for the execution of the agreement we have with you. By law, we are obliged to keep the personal data we need for our administration for a period of at least 7 years. After the period has expired, we will delete this data.
- Security
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. We therefore take all technical and organizational measures that can reasonably be expected of us to secure the personal data.

We reserve the right to change or supplement this privacy statement from time to time and will post a revised version on our website. Please check our website from time to time to see if the statement has been amended.
